✅ Cancellation & Return Window

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days of receiving it — no questions asked.

• The 30-day period starts from the day you received the goods, or when a third party (not the carrier) took possession on your behalf.

💰 Refund Process

• Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 30 days.

• Refunds will be made using the original payment method, with no additional fees.

📦 Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, please ensure:

• The item was purchased within the last 30 days

• It is in its original packaging

• It is unused and in resellable condition

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Perishable items or those with expired use-by dates

• Unsealed items are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection

• Items that have been inseparably mixed with others after delivery

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

🚚 Returning Your Item

You are responsible for the return shipping costs and risk of loss or damage in transit.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Refunds cannot be issued without a receipt or proof of return delivery.

🎁 Gift Returns

• If your item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit once your return is processed.

• If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
